All you need to know about billing
You pay for the calls you make using Dial-a-Code in exactly the same way as you pay for the regular calls you make from your mobile.
The most important thing to remember is Dial-a-Code won’t send you any bills, won’t charge you a connection fee, and there are no other hidden charges associated with using the service.

How will I be billed?
You will see calls to Dial-a-Code’s 6 digit access code starting ‘29’ listed on your itemised bill. You will not see the international number. All calls are charged at the rate advertised on our website.
How do I know how much my call has cost?
You can check your itemised bill to find out how much your call using Dial-a-Code has cost you.
In this example a call to the USA lasts 5 minutes on the 3p access code 29 03 29.
The bill lists call charges without VAT, and VAT is added on at the end of the bill.
All Dial-a-Code rates include VAT so the 3p/min access code is 2.5p/min without VAT.
This call costs 5min x 2.5p/min = 12.5p + VAT (2.5p) = 15p. (3p x 5mins = 15p.)
Please note: You will not see the international number you have dialed appear on your itemised bill, because Dial-a-Code carries your international call to bring you the fantastic low rates. Your network will only see a call to the ‘29’ access code. Your bill will list your calls without VAT and the VAT will be added at the end. All Dial-a-Code rates advertised are inclusive of VAT.

This call only costs 5min x 3p/min = 15p, which is deducted from the Pay As You Go credit.
The rates advertised are inclusive of VAT.
